Do not weld on pressure vessels and pipes with pressure inside without special measures. Before welding the container filled with inflammable and explosive materials, the contents should be exhausted and replaced with water, steam or nitrogen, and cleaned: the concentration of the gas medium is checked and analyzed with a measuring instrument such as a blasting instrument; When opening the lid, the operator must hide from the container orifice.
5 to prevent toxic gases and smoke poisoning
When welding arc welding, it will produce toxic gases such as soluble fluorine, hydrogen fluoride, manganese, nitrogen oxides and dust, which will lead to fluorine poisoning, manganese poisoning, electric welding dust and lungs, especially the alkaline welding rod is welded inside the container and pipeline. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures such as exhaust ventilation, partial ventilation, small electric welding and smoke exhausting units, etc. according to the specific conditions.
