(1) Current and voltage U2=14+0.05I2 The welding current should be correctly selected according to the thickness of the base metal, the joint form and the diameter of the wire. In the short-circuit transition, under the premise of ensuring penetration, try to choose a small current, because when the current is too large, it will easily cause the pool to roll, not only the splash is large, but also the molding is very poor. The welding voltage must form a good fit with the current. If the welding voltage is too high or too low, it will cause splashing. The welding voltage should be increased with the increase of welding current. It should be reduced with the decrease of welding current. The optimum welding voltage is generally between 1-2V, so the welding voltage should be carefully adjusted.

The current is too large: the arc length is short, the splash is large, there is a feeling of the top hand, the residual height is too large, and the fusion on both sides is not good.

The voltage is too high: the arc is long, the splash is slightly larger, the current is unstable, the residual height is too small, the welding is wide, and the arc is easy to burn the conductive nozzle.



(2) Dry elongation

The length of the wire extending from the conductive tip is dry elongation, and the general empirical formula is 10 times the diameter of the wire I=10d. When the specification is large, it is slightly larger. Specification hours, slightly smaller. The dry stretch is too long: when the length of the wire is too long, the resistance heat of the wire is larger, the melting speed of the wire is increased, and the wire is easily melted, the splash is large, the penetration depth is shallow, and the arc burning is unstable. At the same time, gas protection is not good.

Dry stretch is too short: easy to burn the contact tip. At the same time, the conductive nozzle is heated and easy to wire. Splashes can easily block the nozzle. Melt deep.
